Three questions we are asked most often
Eight to sixteen weeks is comfortable for a full programme, because the venue walk-through and the vendor windows need room. We do take shorter projects when the venue is already known, and we will tell you plainly at the first meeting whether the timeline is honest.
Yes. The studio works across the Intermountain West and takes projects further afield when the venue can host a walk-through. Travel and crew time are written into the project file before anything is booked, so the numbers never arrive as a surprise.
Of course. Many hosts begin with seating chart reviews or a banquet order run alone. We will show you where the chosen programme hands over to the others so you can decide later whether to extend the scope without reworking what is already signed.
